AND ELECTION OF 15 MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Election Day:     Sunday, January 15, 2005  at 2pm
                        PCCM – 737 Keewatin Street

Who can Vote?

1) Donors who have previously donated at least $25.00 and above
2) New members who have paid the fee for the different categories of membership* 

Deadline for voter registration (new members & donors): December 23, 2005
Deadline for submission of nomination forms for candidates to the Board – Dec. 23, 2005

PCCM ELECTIONS
Please note that in accordance with the constitution and by-laws of the pccm, nominations to the pccm Board shall not be entertained from the floor during the election unless the Credentials and Nominating Committee has failed to designate the minimum number of candidates prior to the elections.
